Our photographer and chief pilot Paul has been involved with and flying in the drone industry since 2018 and he has built up vast experience in both commercial and personal picture/video gathering with a drone.

Not only are aerial photos and videos aesthetically pleasing, they can show key features of the surrounding property, land, or city that become a great selling point for the realtor.

This is a 5 to 10 second peek into each room of the house, usually featuring staged rooms, played over a bed of pleasing music. This is a video that whisks the viewer through the entire house in a fairly short amount of time. It’s exciting and very affordable, with the key benefit being that potential buyers who are long-distance or those who just want to get a feel for the house can do so at their leisure from where they are. It’s very helpful in deciding whether to visit a listing or not.

2D Schematic Floor Plans

When you need the house measured, we have you covered! We can generate a 2D schematic floor plan quickly, showing the dimensions of the perimeter of the building, as well as the dimensions of all interior rooms and the placement of doors and openings.

Dynamic Duo can handle everything from the measuring to the assembling of the schematic diagram to the export of the image to you via PDF or image files. Many realtors find this to be a helpful tool in the buying and selling process.
