Using the magic of AI to virtually stage a room and let buyers see how it looks when furnished
Often times a realtor handles the sale of a vacant house, one which the former owner hasn’t sold yet even thought they’ve already moved into a new one. It used to be that if the realtor wanted to show how good the room looked furnished, he/she had to hire a staging company to move actual real furniture and decor into the house. Time consuming, expensive…not efficient!
In our modern day and age, we have a better way. I now offer what’s known as VIRTUAL STAGING to help present the space in a listing in a more useful and aesthetically pleasing way. And it’s amazing! Check out the 6-image gallery below. There are 3 pairs of rooms, each pair with a before and after shot. Keep in mind that the filling of the rooms with furnishings and accessories has all been done by computer! I took photos of the empty rooms and added the furnishing later back at my office.
