This is a 5 to 10 second peek into each room of the house, usually featuring staged rooms, played over a bed of pleasing music. This is a video that whisks the viewer through the entire house in a fairly short amount of time. It’s exciting and very affordable, with the key benefit being that potential buyers who are long-distance or those who just want to get a feel for the house can do so at their leisure from where they are. It’s very helpful in deciding whether to visit a listing or not.

When you need the house measured, we have you covered! We can generate a 2D schematic floor plan quickly, showing the dimensions of the perimeter of the building, as well as the dimensions of all interior rooms and the placement of doors and openings.
